Reserve Bank of india has cancelled the Certificate of Registration (CoR) of the Alarming Finvest Private Limited, Delhi - 110019 with CoR No.( B-14.02148 ) along with Achal Finance Limited,Karnataka - 590006 with with CoR No. ( B-02.00285 ) As such, company shall not transact the business as a Non-Banking Financial Institution as defined in clause (a) of Section 45-I of the RBI Act, 1934
